Refund and Returns Policy

We would love to help make your experience one of greatness. However, most of our physical products are in nature not eligible for Return, thus not eligible for a refund. We know this is inconvenient and not the best news, but we do have a few options. If the item(s) are fully sealed, unused, and within 7 days of receipt (delivery can be obtained). We will gladly accept photo proof of issues or reasoning for no longer wishing to keep the item. If the item(s) are opened, yet unused and within 7 days of receipt (delivery can be obtained). We will gladly accept photo proof of issues, defects, or malfunctions. If the item(s) are opened and have been used: we do apologize but we are unable to accept a return, as they are intended to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids. We will, however, accept photographic proof of any defect, or malfunction within 7 days of receipt (delivery can be obtained). In the event of a return; We will refund the original receipt plus additional shipping fees (within reason; no overnight or specialty mail selections will be deemed reasonable unless otherwise pre-approved by Averi Jewel, LLC, Fernia Mystic, Bantering Bookshelf, and/or Coffee Unicorn Productions, and permitted via written correspondence in email)

Please allow 3-6 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted and Sale item(s) are not eligible for a return.

Averi Jewel, LLC, Fernia Mystic, Bantering Bookshelf, and/or Coffee Unicorn Productions will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We can not be held responsible for lost/stolen packages. If there is an issue with a sent package we will gladly work to find it, if the package is being returned, we may reach out to obtain information to verify it was sent. We will normally request all returns be sent with tracking (this is deemed a reasonable added fee, for protection on both parties).

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

All goods will be inspected on return.
